1. Introduction
1.1. This website, including all associated webpages, URLs, platforms and digital services (Sites), is operated by Her Rewards Club (ACN 693 132 339) (HER Rewards Club, we, our or us).
1.2. By accessing or using the Sites or any services provided by us (Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). If you do not agree, you must not use the Sites or Services.
1.3. By using the Services, you warrant that:
(a) you have read and understood these Terms;
(b) you are at least 18 years of age; and
(c) you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.4. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Membership Terms and Conditions, and Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Services, you agree to all incorporated policies.
2. Use of the Services
2.1. You are responsible for your access to the Services, including ensuring that any person who accesses the Services through your device or account complies with these Terms.
2.2. You must comply with all applicable laws in Australia and in any location from which you access the Services. You must not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, misleading or discriminatory activities, nor for any purpose that infringes the rights of others.
2.3. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Sites or Services at any time without notice.
3. Conduct Requirements
You must not:
(a) engage in unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening or harmful conduct;
(b) share login details or permit unauthorised access to your account;
(c) interfere with the functioning or security of the Services;
(d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
(e) post personal information of others without consent;
(f) solicit illegal activity;
(g) use the Services for phishing, fraud, or automated scraping;
(h) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
(i) upload malicious code or harmful material;
(j) use the Services other than for their intended purpose.
4. User Accounts
4.1. To access some features, you may be required to register for an account.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.3. We may verify your identity and request documentation at our discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or termination.

5. User Content

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
HER REWARDS CLUB — MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Membership Types
1.1. HER Rewards Club offers the following membership types:
(a) Monthly Membership (Simply HER) — $14.95 per month, automatically renewing;
(b) Monthly Membership (Signature HER) — $39.95 per month, automatically renewing;
(b) One-Off Membership (Sampler HER) — $49.95 for one month, non-renewing.
(c) Annual Membership (Yearly HER) — $390.00 for one year, non-renewing.
1.2. Membership pricing is inclusive of GST where applicable.
1.3. We may update pricing from time to time. Price changes will not apply retrospectively to an already-paid billing period.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1. Monthly Members (Simply HER) receive:
(a) access to partner discounts and offers;
(b) access to members-only content and groups;
(c) no entry into the monthly major giveaway draw;
(d) entry into weekly minor giveaway draws;
(e) eligibility to vote for the monthly charity recipient.
2.2. Monthly Members receive (Signature HER):
(a) access to partner discounts and offers;
(b) access to members-only content and groups;
(c) one entry into the monthly major giveaway draw;
(d) entry into weekly minor giveaway draws;
(e) eligibility to vote for the monthly charity recipient.
2.3. One-Off Members receive (Sampler HER):
(a) access to partner discounts and offers for the one-month period;
(b) access to members-only content for the same period;
(c) one entry into the monthly prize draw for that month only;
(d) no entry to weekly minor draws.
2.4. We may change or update membership benefits at any time, provided the core inclusions remain of similar value.
3. Charity Contributions
3.1. For each monthly draw period, HER Rewards Club will contribute $1,000 from its operating funds to a charity selected by active members.
3.2. The selected charity must not be politically affiliated, extremist, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
3.3. Donation announcements may be made publicly, including through our website and social media.
4. Billing & Auto-Renewals
4.1. Monthly Membership renews automatically every month unless cancelled.
4.2. Payment will be charged to the payment method you provide at sign-up.
4.3. If payment fails, we may suspend membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.
5. Cancellation
5.1. You may cancel your Monthly Membership at any time.
5.2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued.
5.3. One-Off Memberships cannot be cancelled once activated.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. HER Rewards Club does not offer refunds for change of mind, unused membership periods, or partial months.
6.2. Refunds may only be considered where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Merch Pack
7.1. Monthly Members who purchase a 12-month prepaid membership (if offered) may receive a merch pack containing a key ring and coffee mug or equivalent items.
8. Eligibility
8.1. Membership is open only to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
8.2. We may require proof of identity or age before confirming or continuing a membership.
9. Termination
9.1. We may terminate your membership immediately if you:
(a) breach these Terms;
(b) engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct; or
(c) misuse the Services.
9.2. If we terminate your membership due to your breach, you are not entitled to a refund.
10. Governing Law
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
HER REWARDS CLUB — PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Her Rewards Club (ACN 693 132 339), Registered Address: (Victoria).
2. Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents in all Australian states and territories aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, agents or contractors of the Promoter involved in prize administration may be excluded at our discretion.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Monthly and Annual Membership:
Provides one entry into each monthly giveaway draw while the membership remains active and paid.
3.2. One-Off Membership:
Provides one entry into the monthly draw occurring within the one-month access period.
One-Off Members are not eligible for weekly minor giveaway draws.
3.3. Weekly Minor Giveaway Draw Entries:
Only Monthly, Monthly (by Liana) and Annual Members receive one entry into each weekly minor draw.
3.4. Memberships must be fully paid prior to the draw time in order to be eligible.
4. Draw Details
4.1. The major monthly prize draw will occur once per calendar month.
4.2. The major monthly prize will have a minimum value of $5,000, which may be provided as goods, services or cash at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.3. The minor weekly prize draw will occur once per week.
4.4. Weekly minor prize will have a value of up to $1,000 draws and may include goods, services, vouchers or cash at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.5. All draws will be conducted using a random electronic drawing system.
5. Winner Notification
5.1. Winners will be contacted by email, SMS or phone using the details provided in their membership account.
5.2. Winners may also be publicly announced on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
5.3. By entering, participants consent to reasonable publicity including name, suburb and photo if requested.
6. Unclaimed Prizes
6.1. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be redrawn using the same method.
6.2. The redraw winner will be subject to the same conditions.
7. Prize Conditions
7.1. Prizes are not transferable unless otherwise specified.
7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, delay or damage arising from prize delivery or use.
7.3. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or higher value.
8. Charity Contribution
8.1. For each monthly draw period, the Promoter will contribute $1,000 from operating funds to a charity chosen by members.
8.2. The selected charity must align with the Promoter’s guidelines and not be politically affiliated, extremist or discriminatory.
9. Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify entrants who:
(a) provide false details;
(b) engage in fraud or manipulation;
(c) breach Membership Terms; or
(d) otherwise compromise the integrity of the draw.
10. Liability
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for:
(a) technical failures or delays;
(b) lost, stolen or damaged prizes;
(c) personal injury arising from prize use;
(d) unauthorised access to membership accounts.
10.2. This does not exclude rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
